How do I get my first bill checked?
Choose electricity, gas or both and add the service address. Sign in, upload every page of a recent bill, then check and confirm the details. Your first assessment is free and does not need a payment card.
Start a bill check →Can Revy check my address and tariff?
We check your location, service and tariff before accepting payment. The account supports electricity and mains gas. Some tariffs need more information or a separate review. Upload the bill so we can establish what applies.
See energy cover →Which bill files can I upload?
Use a PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP file smaller than 15 MB. Include every page. After a successful upload the filename appears in your account. If the upload fails, choose the file again and retry.
Add a bill →How do I check the details read from my PDF?
Open My bills, find the file and choose Read bill details. Compare the suggested dates, usage and rates with the original. Correct missing or uncertain fields before confirming. Photos and scans can be entered manually.
Open My bills →What happens when I add a new bill?
The file is stored privately. Confirm its details to update the service record. For paid cover, a confirmed bill joins the review queue. Your account shows whether a check completed or more information is needed.
View your bills →What does a comparison result include?
The result records the bill period, usage, current charges, plans inspected, source dates and assumptions. Provider-charge differences are shown separately from the Revy fee. A short bill period is not presented as a full year of actual savings.
How comparisons work →What if no worthwhile change is found?
Keep your current plan. A completed check may find no cheaper supported plan, or a difference too small to justify changing. Paid monitoring can keep checking as prices change. No application starts without your approval.
View your result →How do I approve a plan change?
Open Plan changes and review the named provider, offer, charges, conditions and specific authority. Approve only if you are the account holder or authorised to act. Revy records submission, provider acceptance, transfer and the first-bill check separately.
Open Plan changes →Can I stop a change already in progress?
Pause or withdraw before submission from the change record. After submission, request withdrawal so Revy can follow up with the provider. The account records the confirmed outcome. Cancelling Revy does not automatically stop an application.
View your changes →Which payment options are available?
Choose yearly, monthly or one payment for three years. Yearly and monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Three-year cover ends after 36 months without automatic renewal. Your energy retailer continues to bill you separately.
See prices →Where can I cancel or update my payment method?
Open Settings and Membership and payments. Billing management opens Stripe for payment-method updates and invoices. Cancel future subscription renewals there or with the account cancellation control. Paid cover continues to the confirmed period end.
Open payment settings →How do I request a savings-guarantee refund?
Send valid initial bills within 30 days of purchase. If the first completed eligible comparison’s annualised saving does not exceed your recorded threshold, request a review within 30 days of that result. Include the purchase and result in your account request.
Read the guarantee →How do I return to my account?
Use the email and password you chose for Revy. If your session has expired, sign in again to see your saved bills, checks and messages.
Sign in →How do I export or delete my information?
Open Settings to download an account export or request deletion. A deletion request withdraws permission for new reviews and goes to Revy for follow-up. Subscription cancellation is a separate action. Contact account Help if you need a correction.
Open account settings →Start with the bill you want to check
Choose your service in the free check. Energy uses your bill total and usage to show preliminary estimates. Broadband and mobile compare supported published plans using your service requirements. Insurance checks record your current cover for a personal quote. Sign in to save the result in your dashboard.
For an energy estimate
Use the bill total and usage for the same period. You can start before signing in or paying. Optional membership adds provider details, ongoing reviews and supported assistance. Bill facts and offer eligibility need confirmation before a change.
Send every page of the bill
Upload a readable PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 15 MB. Include the rates, usage, billing dates, service address and conditions. Text PDFs can provide suggestions for you to check. Photos and scans may need manual entry. Leave uncertain details blank and ask for help.
If your tariff needs review
Demand, time-of-use, stepped gas rates, solar exports, seasonal pricing, discounts and negotiated business arrangements can need a separate calculation. Revy reviews whether the service can support your account before payment. A visible published plan alone does not confirm eligibility.
Keep your information current
Add new bills and price-change notices as they arrive. Tell us if the address, meter, provider or contract changes. Your account shows the review status and anything we need from you.
Stop or withdraw a change
Before submission, pause or withdraw the request in your account. A pause needs a fresh offer and approval before proceeding. After submission, request withdrawal so Revy can follow up with the provider. The actual outcome is recorded when confirmed.
